Once a final layout is created we then analyze all the costs from engineering to the full remodel including finishes, which are purchased by the clients separately, and begin the final stages of the city permit package. The permit package consists on all engineering details and all pertaining documents for city submission.  By doing the entire process in house, Spazio LA ensures a smooth transition from the conception to the final product.
